• clients confirming their appointment must declare an acknowledgment of their attendance to the appointment when prompted to do so via the reminder text

• failure to cancel an appointment will result in a full fee being applied and payment of this fee must be paid prior to any future appointments. Notice must be sent to Aiden prior to the beginning of the scheduled time and 15 mins late for an appointment without notice will result in a no show fee mentioned above.

• there are no card facilities on site. Payment received in cash and receipts are available upon request

• appointments are 50 minutes long

• It is recommended that you are hydrated before attending your appointment

• A waiting room is provided however please only attend a few minutes before your scheduled time
